Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the perfume oils in their original glass bottles and packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new fragrance selection within 5-7 business days.
